Families make up most of our customer base. This page clarifies our stance regarding minors: purchase eligibility, what data we don't gather, and parental control options.
Subscriptions are for adults
Only individuals eighteen years or older can purchase subscriptions. Kids can certainly watch under a family plan, but the account remains under the purchasing adult's name and responsibility for household usage.
We do not collect children's information
We don't intentionally gather personal data from anyone younger than thirteen, and this website isn't designed for children. If you suspect a minor has submitted information, contact siptview@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Parental controls you can use today
Lock categories with a PIN
All our recommended apps — IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player and others — include parental controls that conceal or PIN-protect entire categories. Configure it once before giving anyone the remote.
Ask us to remove adult categories
Prefer to remove them entirely? Let us know during ordering. We can provision your subscription without adult content from day one, with no additional charge.
Use the device's own controls
Fire TV, Android TV, iOS and all Smart TV systems offer screen-time restrictions and app locking. Most families find combining device PINs with player PINs works best.
Ratings and responsibility
Programming originates from numerous broadcasters across different countries, so age classifications vary throughout the lineup and we can't rate every item. Consider the guide a reference rather than absolute, and employ the controls mentioned for content you wouldn't view as a family.
