This policy explains what information IPTV Toronto collects when you visit this website or subscribe to our service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We ask for as little as possible and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Information we collect
During ordering or when contacting support, we gather the information you provide: name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, selected plan, and — for MAG or comparable devices — the MAC address needed for activation. While browsing, our hosting service logs routine technical information including IP address, browser version and visited pages.
Third-party processors handle all payments. We only receive transaction success notifications and reference codes. Your complete card details are never visible to us or stored on our systems.
Why we use it
- To activate, renew and support your subscription.
- To answer your messages and provide installation help.
- To detect abuse, credential sharing and fraudulent orders.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- When you agree, we'll send periodic service updates or promotional messages — unsubscribe anytime with a single reply.
Who we share it with
Data is shared exclusively with essential service partners: payment handlers, hosting and server companies, and communication platforms. Each partner receives only the minimum necessary information. Legal obligations may also require disclosure.
How long we keep it
Purchase and financial records are retained as long as tax regulations mandate. Support exchanges remain on file throughout your active subscription and for a sensible timeframe afterward in case you come back. Technical logs are maintained briefly before deletion.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your stored data, ask for corrections, or request deletion when no longer required for legal or contractual purposes. Marketing consent can be withdrawn whenever you choose. Contact siptview@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Only support staff can access customer information, and all site communications are encrypted. No security is foolproof: never give your password to anyone requesting it outside our verified WhatsApp or email.
Children
We sell exclusively to adults. No information is knowingly gathered from minors — refer to our children's statement for parental controls and family viewing.
